Delivery framework

Six steps from first assessment to long-term operations.

One engineering-led process with a clear deliverable at every stage, so you always know what you will receive and what happens next.

  1. Client sees
A site visit and a clear view of your load, tariff and roof or ground potential.
    What we do
We review your electricity bills and load pattern, walk the site, and check roof condition and structure to establish what is technically viable.

Target sectors

Built around how commercial and industrial sites use energy.

Each sector has its own energy problem. Here is how we answer it.

Commercial Buildings

The problem

Daytime tariff exposure across offices, malls and mixed-use blocks, with rooftops sitting idle.

The RGE answer

Rooftop and carport solar sized to daytime load, with metering and dashboards that track every kWh.

View solutions for Commercial Buildings

Industrial Facilities

The problem

Peak demand charges and outages interrupt production and inflate the power bill.

The RGE answer

Solar with battery storage for peak shaving and ride-through, engineered around your process loads.

View solutions for Industrial Facilities

Hospitality

The problem

Round-the-clock loads and guest expectations leave no room for power interruptions.

The RGE answer

Hybrid solar and storage that reduces grid and generator use while keeping essential loads online.

View solutions for Hospitality

Logistics

The problem

Warehouses carry large roofs and steady daytime loads, yet energy costs keep climbing.

The RGE answer

Roof-scale solar with optional storage and load-managed depot charging for electric vehicles.

View solutions for Logistics

Institutions

The problem

Schools, hospitals and campuses need dependable supply on tight, predictable budgets.

The RGE answer

Structured options, including lease-to-own and financed models, so upfront capital is not the barrier.

View solutions for Institutions

Fleet Operators

The problem

Electrifying vehicles can spike site demand and push a connection past its limits.

The RGE answer

Depot charging with load management that keeps charging from raising peak demand, backed by solar and storage where it pays.

View solutions for Fleet Operators

Property Developers

The problem

Energy systems are often an afterthought, adding cost and rework late in the build.

The RGE answer

Energy infrastructure designed in from the start, from solar and storage to EV-ready provisions.

HSE, risk & compliance

Safety and risk control are engineered in, not added on.

Every project is planned around an HSE and quality framework and three layers of insurance: WIBA cover for people on site, public liability for third parties, and Contractors’ All Risks for the works themselves.

  • Risk assessments and method statements before work starts
  • Permit-to-work and lock-out / tag-out procedures
  • Work-at-height and electrical safety controls
  • Incident reporting and close-out
Explore HSE & Quality

WIBA cover

Work Injury Benefits Act cover for the people working on your site.

Public liability

Protection against third-party injury and property damage.

Contractors’ All Risks

Cover for loss or damage to the works during construction.

Aligned

ISO-aligned systems

Health and safety, quality and environmental management aligned to ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001.

FAQ

Answers before you ask.

The questions we hear most from commercial and industrial clients.

What is the Free C&I Energy Assessment?

A short online questionnaire about your property, your electricity bill, the solutions you are considering, your roof or site and how you would like to pay. It returns an indicative system size and monthly saving range, and an RGE engineer then follows up.

Is the estimate a quotation?

No. It is a screening estimate based on your answers and general assumptions. A site assessment confirms system size, yield and savings before any firm price is given.

Which solutions do you offer?

Solar PV (EPC), battery energy storage, EV charging infrastructure, smart energy monitoring and analytics, and operations and maintenance, designed together around your site.

Do you handle licensing and grid connection?

Yes. We manage the licensing and grid-connection route as part of the project, alongside design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Can we pay over time instead of upfront?

Yes. Besides paying directly (Direct EPC), you can choose lease-to-own with fixed monthly payments, or a financed structure where a bank, asset-finance provider or investor funds the project. Terms depend on your circumstances and the funder.

What happens after installation?

We can monitor performance remotely, run scheduled and corrective maintenance, and send you a regular performance report so you can see what the system delivers against its design.

Which kinds of sites do you work with?

Commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hospitality, logistics, institutions, fleet operators and property developers.
